What is the best and cheapest way to 'move / access my "wall mounted TV inputs?

I'm 32 "HDTV with different input and want to mount on the wall. What is that television is a common room in a block of accommodation and would like to be able to connect and disconnect easily courses such as game consoles and DVD players without the hassle of taking the TV from the wall to access the inputs on the back. I know that in the auditorium of the type of post-ups, you can get tickets wall socket for projectors and such and I was thinking something like but can not find it anywhere. Does anyone know where to find something like this or something that might be appropriate?

You can buy an extension, which would be a box with all its entries hanging and you can put more tickets for him. There are also special mounts as I have reported to have the television on one arm.
