Tiki bar above resin to the bar?

I am a tiki bar in and wants to make a sand and resin Caracol. I want to sand and shells desinging but do not want to make the resin. Where can I find someone to do this part for me? I live on Long Island in New York.

Check Repair Shops boat. They work with resin all the time. Do not forget a lip around from the outside so that the resin does not take before it heals. Do not be a problem with the bubbles. Be sure to fill the bottom of the shell. I think a glass plate is a better and less expensive.
